Many fans sites dedicated to Michael Jackson have begun to promote Aphrodite Jones's new book, Michael Jackson Conspiracy.  Friends and supporters have written about Ms. Jones's new book in forums and discussion boards, while others have written book reviews of Michael Jackson Conspiracy and posted the reviews all over the Internet. 

An ever growing number of fan sites are also embedding sales links for the new book, in an effort to spread the news of Ms. Jones's call for a new integrity in the media.
